<p>As more specifically described in the Bid Package, the Project includesfurnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenantWork for the removal and replacement of two (2) existing industrial roll-up stage doors at aCity of Oxnard theater facility.</p> <p>All prospective bidders are invited and stronglyencouraged to attend a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on Tuesday, November 10, 2026 at10:00am PST, at 800 Hobson Way, Oxnard, CA 93030. Prospective bidders areencouraged to ask questions, address problems, and discuss other issues regarding thisproject during this meeting. All questions, other than those asked at the pre-bid meeting andnot specifically addressed within the Contract Documents, must be submitted electronically tothe PlanetBids electronic bidding portal athttps://vendors.planetbids.com/portal/69575/portal-home at least five (5) Calendar Daysbefore the Bid due date and time. All prime contractors, subcontractors, and other interestedparties are invited to attend. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds fora claim after contract award.</p>
