Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: Major components of Project Work consist of selective demolition, lead-based paint abatement-encapsulation, removal & disposal of material containing lead, standing seam metal roof panels, sheet metal flashing & trim, roof specialties, roof accessories, manufactured curbs, joint sealants, extruded aluminum stationary wall louvers, facility fall protection, ball valves, hangers & supports for HVAC piping & equipment, mechanical identification, testing/adjusting/balancing for HVAC, direct digital control system for HVAC, control valves, control dampers, industrial water & hydronic piping, metal ducts, air diffusers, custom direct evaporative coolers, low voltage electrical power conductors & cables, grounding & bonding, hangers & supports for electrical systems, raceways & boxes, identification for electrical systems, wiring devices, enclosed switches & circuit breakers, pathways for communications systems, hangers & supports for communication systems, identification for communications systems, communications horizontal cabling, temporary fencing, barricades, temporary overhead protection, and related work.
