<p><span style="color:black">As more specifically described in the Bid Package, the Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to </span>provide procurement, installation and start-up & Commissioning of mechanical equipment, aboveground pipework and associated electrical components for Well 20, <span style="color:black">replace the pump and above-ground piping assembly for Well 20 </span>located at the Water Campus, 251 South Hayes Avenue, Oxnard, CA 93030<span style="color:black">.</span></p> <p><span style="color:black">All prospective bidders are invited and strongly encouraged to attend a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on October 22, 2026, at 10:00am PST, located at the Water Campus, 251 South Hayes Avenue, Oxnard, CA 93030. Prospective bidders are encouraged to ask questions, address problems, and discuss other issues regarding this project during this meeting. All questions, other than those asked at the pre-bid meeting and not specifically addressed within the Contract Documents, </span>must be submitted electronically to the PlanetBids electronic bidding portal at<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://vendors.planetbids.com/portal/69575/portal-home"> <span style="color:#1155cc"><strong>https://vendors.planetbids.com/portal/69575/portal-home</strong></span></a><span style="color:black"> at least five (5) Calendar Days before the </span>Bid due date and time<span style="color:black">.
