Requirements Contract for Feral Cat Management Services. NYCHA, by issuing this RFP, seeks proposals (Proposals) from animal/pest management firms (the Proposers) to provide NYCHA with various feral cat management services, as detailed more fully within Section II of this RFP (collectively, the Services).
