Requirements Contract for Risk Control Consulting Services. NYCHA, by issuing this RFP, seeks proposals (Proposals) from Risk Control Consultant firms (the Proposers) to provide NYCHA with the Scopes of Services as detailed more fully within Section II of this RFP (collectively, the Services).
