Description
NYCHA, by issuing this RFP, seeks proposal (Proposal) from a highly qualified Program Manager (PM) firm (the Proposer) to provide NYCHA with comprehensive, end-to-end Program Management Services for its large-scale Lead Abatement Program as detailed more fully within Section II of this RFP (collectively, the Services). NYCHA intends to enter into one agreement (the Agreement) with the selected Proposer (the Selected Proposer or the Consultant) to provide the Services. Contract Term: 3 years from the award date on NYCHAs Purchase Order. NYCHA, in its sole discretion, shall have the option to extend the Term of this Contract for up to two one-year renewal options. Labor Law 220i Public Work Registration Certificate/Certification: Pursuant to Article 8, Section 220-i of the New York State Labor Law. The Bidder and each subcontractor must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor. See https://dol.ny.gov/contractor-and-subcontractor-landing.
