Elevator Modernization Project - Various City Locations

<p><span style="color: black">As more specifically described in the Bid Package, the Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, permits, and other incidental and appurtenant Work to necessary for the modernization and upgrade of four (4) existing hydraulic passenger elevators in the following three City facility locations:</span></p><p><span style="color: black">●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Oxnard Main Library – 251 South A Street, Oxnard, CA 93030</span></p><p><span style="color: black">●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Oxnard Police Department – 251 South C Street, Oxnard, CA 93030</span></p><p><span style="color: black">●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Del Norte Regional Recycling &amp; Transfer Station, Environmental Resources – 111 South Del Norte Boulevard, Oxnard, CA 93030</span></p> <p><span style="color: black"><strong><u>Bid Security and Bonds</u>.</strong> </span>Bid Security in the form of (a) cash; (b) a certified or cashier’s check; or (c) a bidder’s bond made payable to City of Oxnard in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Total Bid Price is required to be mailed or delivered by the Bid Due Date and Time to the Oxnard City Clerk’s office located at 300 West Third Street, Fourth Floor, Oxnard, CA 93030 <span style="color: black">during normal business hours.</span> Bid Security shall be enclosed in an envelope clearly marked “BID SECURITY – ELEVATOR MODERNIZATION PROJECT - VARIOUS CITY LOCATIONS, SPECIFICATION NO.
