<p>As more specifically described in the Bid Package, the Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to include two (2) new picnic/BBQ areas, a new parking lot with stormwater treatment, a new basketball court with new LED lighting, renovate four (4) existing baseball fields, a new walking track around park with new LED lighting, new LED security lighting throughout the park, new LED lighting at the existing basketball courts, renovate existing irrigation system with water conserving irrigation components and controller, a new public restroom, new exercise equipment, and a new skatepark and pump track.</p> <p>Bidders must be registered on the City of Oxnard’s PlanetBids portal in order to receive addendum notifications and submit a bid. It is the responsibility of each bidder to allow sufficient time for their bid to be successfully submitted through PlanetBids prior to the bid due date and time. Bidders should allow sufficient time for potential technical difficulties, document uploading, and other unexpected delays. Bidders experiencing technical difficulties should contact PlanetBids directly for assistance.</p><p>Late or incomplete bids will not be accepted. The City will only consider the bid information and required documents electronically submitted through PlanetBids by the bid due date and time, including all required bid pricing entered in the designated bid schedule.</p><p>Bid results will be opened and posted on PlanetBids immediately thereafter.</p>
