The Forsyth County Sheriff's Office is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive medical and drug screenings, and psychological evaluations services for the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office. Services may include pre-employment medical/drug screenings and psychological evaluations; post-offer-of-employment psychological evaluations; random and suspected drug screening; fitness-for-duty evaluations; critical incident screenings and evaluations; critical incident and trauma peer training; risk-of-violence assessments; special team suitability evaluations; supervisory consultation and training; and other post-hire medical and psychological services as requested by the Sheriff’s Office.
