The County of DeKalb, GA (the "County"), is requesting Proposals for MEDICAL SERVICES (ANNUAL CONTRACT WITH FOUR (4) OPTIONS TO RENEW) . Proposals are to be submitted via the County's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/dekalbcountyga PRIOR TO 3:00 pm on Thursday, November 12, 2026 . Late Proposals will not be accepted. Project work includes services provided by an Occupational Medical Services provider to deliver high‑volume physical exams, drug/alcohol testing, CDL and public‑safety certifications, 24/7 emergency testing, and fully integrated electronic reporting for a diverse 6,300‑employee workforce.
