Description
Furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to construct a new 2,526 sq. ft. electrical building with 800 kw generator and fuel system with 5,000 gallon above ground fuel storage tank. Building includes restrooms and storage area for Jupiter Community Park. Electrical building includes all site work, water and sewer utilities, paving, lighting, irrigation, landscaping, and security fence plus electrical, instrumentation and control and telemetry systems to distribute power and communication to Floridan and surficial aquifer wellsites through existing conduits as depicted in the Drawings. Construction also includes wellsite mechanical, pumping, electrical, instrumentation and control, telemetry, irrigation, landscaping and fencing improvements for two (2) Floridan aquifer wells and two (2) surficial aquifer wells, and all other components identified in the project drawings and specifications. Scope of work includes additive alternate bid items to demolish and remove an existing abandoned trailer and add up to two (2) additional surficial aquifer wellheads with all associated mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and controls, telemetry and wellsite improvements. Owner may elect to include any combination of the additive alternate bid items to the contract. MANDATORY A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on September 10, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Town of Jupiter Water Treatment Plant, located at 17403 S. Central Blvd., Jupiter, FL 33458 within the Water Plant Offices Conference Room. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is a requirement for bid qualification.
