GRANT SERVICES PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Commissioner’s Court of Refugio County, Texas, request for proposal for the following: Grant administrative services for the Community Development Block Grant- Colonia Construction Grant Program administered by the Texas General Land Office (GLO). The sealed copies of your proposal of service and statement of qualifications shall be submitted via online on the County’s e-bid website https:// www.co.refugio.tx.us/page/refugio.countyauditor or sealed and mailed. The mailed sealed copy must include 1 digital copy and 1 hard copy addressed to Priscilla Zuniga, First Assistant Auditor 808 Commerce, Rm 107 Refugio, Texas 78377 Please mark clearly RFP REFUGIO COUNTY CDBG- Colonia Construction Grant Program. Proposals shall be received no later than 2:00 p.m., FRIDAY NOVEMBER 13, 2026 at this time proposals will be publicly opened in the Auditor’s office. Award will be held during a regular held Commissioner’s Court meeting on NOVEMBER 24, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Specifications are on file in the County Auditor’s office and may be obtained upon request via e-mail or online on the County’s website https:// www.co.refugio.tx.us/page/refugio.countyauditor Priscilla Zuniga, First Assistant Auditor priscilla.zuniga@co.refugio.tx.us (361)526-2245 Payments will be processed by the County Auditor.
