NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that the Commissioners Court of Refugio County, Texas, will receive sealed bids addressed to Priscilla Zuniga First Assistant Auditor, at 808 Commerce, Rm 107, Refugio, Texas 78377, until 11:00 am, Friday, November 6, 2026 at which time such bids will be publicly opened for the following: ANNUAL SUPPLY CONTRACT FOR: Solid Waste Disposal Award will be held at a Special Held Commissioners’ Court meeting on Tuesday, November 10, 2026 Specifications are on file in the County Auditor’s office and may be obtained upon request by email or the e-bid system on the Refugio County Website: Priscilla Zuniga First Assistant Auditor priscilla.zuniga@co.refugio.tx.us https://www.co.refugio.tx.us/page/refugio.CountyAuditor (361)526-2245 Payments will be processed by the County Auditor from currently budgeted funds. Refugio County reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids or any portion of a bid and to accept the bids deemed most advantageous to said County, and further, to waive an irregularities or informalities in the bids. Small and minority businesses, women’s business enterprises, and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to submit sealed bids and vendors using subcontractors must consider such firms in accordance with 2 CFR 200.321
