NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that the Commissioners Court of Refugio County, Texas, will receive sealed bids addressed to County Auditor, at 808 Commerce, Rm 107, Refugio, Texas 78377, until 11:00 AM, Friday, November 6, 2026 at which time the bids will be publicly opened. The County will be accepting bids for the following: ANNUAL SUPPLY CONTRACT FOR ROAD MATERIAL: ASPHALTS, FUEL & OIL Award will be held during a Special Called Commissioners Court meeting on Tuesday, November 10, 2026 at 9am. Specifications are on file in the County Auditor’s office and may be obtained upon request by email or on the Refugio County website. Small and minority businesses, women’s business enterprises, and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to submit sealed bids and vendors using subcontractors must consider such firms in accordance with 2 CFR 200.321
