The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish a term contract with a qualified Contractor to furnish/provide Polymer (Residual Operations) to the Newport News Waterworks, on an as-needed basis, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of this IFB.(See attached for the link to OpenGov to respond electronically)Please note that only initial procurement opportunities are posted on eVA.
