Description
The Town of Leesburg, Virginia is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide construction services for the Water Pollution Control Facility Solids Processing Improvements â Phase 1 project. Work includes upgrades to existing structures and processes; the addition of new facilities; the relocation, demolition, and installation of underground utilities; startup of new solids processing facilities; and all related incidentals. Replacement of Digested Sludge Storage Tank B is also included in the work.
