General work description: Fire Station No. 63 is the third phase of the CITY's Community Civic Campus program. The PROJECT consists of a new 10,150-square-foot, two-story fire station replacing the existing restaurant at 71 Camaritas Avenue. The facility includes office and living quarters, a three-bay apparatus garage, and associated public and secure site improvements.
