Description
The City of Madison is seeking qualified general contracting firms to provide complete construction management and general contracting services for the construction of New Fire Station #22. The selected contractor will be responsible for all construction methods, job-site safety programs, scheduling (CPM), quality control, subcontractor prequalification, cost accounting, permitting coordination, as-built documentation, and full closeout/commissioning. The scope also includes a mandatory one-year warranty period with punch-list administration and a year-end warranty inspection.
