Government contracts for general construction in the Chicago area

General construction contracts from local governments in the Chicago area typically cover vertical building construction, facility renovations, school and base-housing additions, courthouse rehabs, ADA upgrades, design-build task orders under USACE and NAVFAC MATOCs, and small new-build packages typically scoped as government construction contracts. City and county buyers set their own registration and bidding rules, so requirements can differ between the city, the county, and neighboring jurisdictions in the metro.
