Parks request that the focus be on facilities listed below that encompass a range of asset types and operational functions across the Park Board's system. By evaluating this group of facilities, the Park Board will gain a better understanding of its assets, infrastructure needs, risks, and long-term funding requirements while developing a framework that can be applied across the broader park system. A key objective of this project should be to establish a repeatable asset management framework that the Park Board can continue to maintain and expand, if desired, independently. The asset hierarchy, data standards, management strategies, and analytical methods developed through this effort should serve as a template for incorporating additional parks, facilities, and assets over time. NON-MANDATORY A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for Tuesday, November 10, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. (CST). The pre-proposal conference shall be conducted via videoconference.
