Description
The City of Springfield, Missouri (the City) is requesting proposals for the purchase of school zone flashing beacon systems to replace its existing school zone beacon equipment. The City intends to award a single contract to one responsible offeror whose proposal is most advantageous to the City considering all evaluation factors stated in this RFP. NON-MANDATORY A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for Tuesday, November 17, 2026 at 2:30 P.M. (CST). The pre-proposal conference shall be conducted via videoconference.
