COMBINED SYNOPSIS AND SOLICITATION REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) 47QACA26R0306: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 47QACA26R0306 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP), for The Small Business Administration (SBA), the Office of Capital Access (OCA), Office of Credit Risk Management (OCRM), is seeking for a single-award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to obtain non-personal services. The contract is for a base year and four option years. Task Orders will be issued on a labor-hours (LH) basis using the Contractor�s fully loaded labor-hour rates, applicable labor categories, and required level of effort. This is a 100% set-aside restricted to responsible SBA-certified Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) participating in the WOSB Federal Contract Program. Offerors must be currently certified as WOSBs in the SBA WOSB certification system at the time of proposal submission and at the time of award. (ii) Please see Attachment A SF 1449 and Attachment B pricing sheet of the solicitation for the list of contract line item(s) and estimated quantities (including option(s) for this requirement). (iii) The Contractor shall provide personnel with the ability to augment the SBA's workforce and support OCRM at its Headquarters office in Washington, D.C.
