This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 47QACA26R0306 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP), for The Small Business Administration (SBA), the Office of Capital Access (OCA), Office of Credit Risk Management (OCRM), is seeking for a single-award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to obtain non-personal services. The contract is for a base year and four option years. Task Orders will be issued on a labor-hours (LH) basis using the Contractor�s fully loaded labor-hour rates, applicable labor categories, and required level of effort. This acquisition is a competitive set-aside restricted to SBA-certified Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) under NAICS code 541611. This is a 100% set-aside restricted to responsible SBA-certified Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) participating in the WOSB Federal Contract Program.
