The Employment Security Department (ESD), through Career Connect Washington, seeks qualified organizations and partnerships to serve as Program Builders for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Climate Resilience Regional Challenge (CRRC). Selected Program Builders will develop, expand, or enhance Career Explore, Career Prep, or Career Launch programs that help build coastal resilience pathways and prepare Washington residents for climate resilience and adaptation work.
