Description
The Washington State Department of Commerce is initiating this Request for Applications (RFA) to solicit applications from eligible local governments, federally recognized tribal governments, and federally designated nonprofit organizations for grant funding to support organization capacity-building to advance early-stage capital projects to be shovel-ready by 2031 and directly benefit overburdened communities in Washington. Technical assistance and predevelopment activities are eligible.
