<p>The City of Richmond is interested in receiving proposals for the collection, documentation, preparation, filing, and monitoring of its state mandated claims. Term of Agreement. The initial contract term shall be for three (3) years, with the option to renew for two (2) additional years, not to exceed five (5) years.
