Description
The City of Virginia Beach Department of Public Works seeks a qualified consulting firm to provide professional services on an as-needed, Task Order basis. Services may include engineering and technical studies, asset management, strategic planning, process improvement, organizational modernization, technology planning, project management, implementation support, training, data analytics, systems integration, automation, geospatial services, and related consulting. Each Task Order will define the specific scope, schedule, deliverables, staffing, and compensation. Services may support various Public Works divisions and operations. The selected firm shall provide qualified personnel, objective recommendations, and practical solutions that integrate engineering, business, technology, and organizational expertise.
