The Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbility Services (DBHIDS or Department) is seeking one provider to deliver mobile crisis services as part of its adult crisis continuum. The purpose is to identify and contract with a currently operating provider of Community Mobile Crisis Response Teams (CMCRT) services to deliver resolution-focused and recovery-oriented interventions and ensure ongoing access to emergency behavioral health services for all Philadelphians.
