The City of Savannah will receive bids through the Procurement and Contracts Division¿s supplier portal no later than 1:30 PM on Tuesday, November 10, 2026. Only bids submitted electronically through the Supplier Portal at www.savannahga.gov/bids will be accepted. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 9:00 AM on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at the Dean Forest Landfill, 1327 Dean Forest Road, Savannah, GA 31407. The meeting will provide an opportunity for bidders to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the solicitation. The Board of Purchase reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and to waive formalities. The City of Savannah promotes equal opportunities for all vendors in city purchases.
