The City of Savannah will receive bids through the Procurement and Contracts Division¿s supplier portal no later than 1:30 PM on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. Only bids submitted through the Supplier Portal at www.savannahga.gov/bids will be accepted. A pre-bid meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams at 11:00 AM on Monday, October 26, 2026. The meeting will provide an opportunity for bidders to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the solicitation. The Board of Purchase reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and to waive formalities. The City of Savannah promotes equal opportunities for all vendors in city purchases.
