Description

Horizon Behavioral Health (HORIZON) is seeking a quality landscaping contractor to provide landscaping services at a cost-effective rate for certain locations. The intent is to award all locations listed to the same landscaping service, however, if budgetary or other circumstances dictate that it is in the best interest of HORIZON to issue separate awards, we reserve the right to do so.
