<p><span style="color:rgb(34, 34, 34)">The City of Riverside is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced professional landscape maintenance firms to provide comprehensive landscape and general outside maintenance services for freeways and on ramps. The Contractor shall have the duty to mow, edge, rake, trim, aerate, overseed, fertilize, renovate and dethatch turf areas, inspect, adjust and make repairs to all irrigation systems from the water meter out and electrical point-of-connections (POC) and out, skirting of trees and the removal of sucker growth, to provide weed control, disease control, rodent/insect pest control, removal of trash and debris including Palm fronds and tree debris. Contractor shall also be required to maintain hard surface areas, including pathways, unimproved parkways, curbs, gutters, and maintain buffer zones and sidewalks and to provide miscellaneous maintenance activities in Maintained Landscaped Areas.</span></p> <p><span style="color:rgb(34, 34, 34)">All requests for clarifications, changes, exceptions, deviations to the terms and conditions set forth in this RFP must be submitted via “Q&A” through the City’s Electronic Bidding System, PlanetBids Vendor Portal.</span><br><br><span style="color:rgb(34, 34, 34)">Any verbal communications will not be considered or responded to.</span><br><br><span style="color:rgb(34, 34, 34)">Any Proposer who violates this provision shall be immediately disqualified from consideration as a vendor under the terms of this RFP.</span></p>
