Capability & Project Interest: Is your firm interested in providing a turn-key, commercial design and construction/installation solution for a large-scale HVAC modernization/replacement project at a military installation in the Colorado Springs, CO area? 2. Delivery Model & Teaming: Does your firm possess both Engineering (A/E) and mechanical construction capabilities in-house, or do you routinely execute turn-key projects via a prime-subcontractor or joint venture partnership?
