AMENDMENT 01 � CLARIFICATION OF GEOGRAPHIC CONSTRAINTS & EXTENSION OF RESPONSE WINDOW The purpose of this amendment is to revise the technical requirements of the original Sources Sought Notice to clarify a critical, bona fide operational necessity and to extend the response deadline. 1. REVISED REQUIREMENT � STRICT GEOGRAPHIC PROXIMITY: Based on a review of mission essential requirements, the Government has determined that a strict geographic and response-time constraint is mandatory for this requirement. To support Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Space Warfare (RJ) & Information & Spectrum Warfare (RF) Directorates, the contractor must be capable of fulfilling the following operational standard: Response Time: The contractor must provide qualified personnel on-site at Kirtland AFB within the specified times below of initial dispatch notification, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Priority 1 (Emergency): On-site arrival within four (4) hours (100% compliance threshold). Priority 2 (Urgent): On-site arrival within eight (8) hours (100% compliance threshold). Priority 3 (Routine): Responded to and scheduled within twenty-four (24) hours (95% compliance threshold). Mandatory Local Presence: Offerors must maintain an active office, branch, or dedicated cadre of locally based, OEM-certified technicians residing within 60 miles of the Albuquerque, NM metropolitan area to ensure rapid physical mobilization to the installation. Upon official notification of a service request by the Government, the Contractor shall physically arrive on-site or initiate remote troubleshooting within a maximum of four (4) hours. The Government recognizes that the Contractor may manage concurrent service queues. The 4-hour response window is inclusive of any internal triaging or active queue delays.
