Description
Purpose: The City of Havre de Grace seeks proposals for qualified contractors to provide property maintenance services throughout the City. Property Maintenance service tasks will be assigned within the municipal city limits on an as-needed basis. Task lists are assigned by the City’s Code Enforcement Officer and Permits Clerk. Qualifications: Contractor shall have valid Maryland Home Improvement Contractors license. Contractor shall have the staffing ability to handle property maintenance service tasks as assigned on a Task by Task basis, completing required tasks within an agreed upon time frame.
