Box 397 Lompoc, CA 93438-0397 Or delivered/mailed to: 817 West Ocean Avenue Lompoc, CA 93436 Bid opening will take place at 3:00 p.m. on November 19, 2026 , at the HASBARCO Lompoc Housing Office located at 817 West Ocean Avenue, Lompoc, California. A pre-bid conference and site walk-through inspection will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Interested bidders should meet at 1101 and 1103 Bailard Avenue, Carpinteria, California .
