The City of Seattle is seeking qualifications for On-Call Structural and Seismic/Disaster Engineering Services . Qualifications are due no later than 2:00 pm on Wednesday, December 2, 2026 . All questions are to be submitted through the e-procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/seattle no later than 5:00 pm on Wednesday, November 18, 2026 . The City of Seattle Finance and Administrative, Capital Development (FAS/CD) division owns and maintains a large portfolio of building across the City. There is a continuous need for facility assessments to ensure safety and functionality. FAS/CD is seeking two qualified professional firms for on-call structural engineering assessments, analysis, design, feasibility cost estimates and construction administration.
