Description
<p>The purpose of this RFP is to solicit competitive proposals from an experienced, qualified businesses regularly and continuously engaged in the business of providing snack Vending Services in accordance with the attached specifications and general terms and conditions. The City will award a Contract to the vendor whose offer represents the “best value” to the City, price and other factors considered.</p><p> </p><p>The City desires a sound, well-managed snack vending service provider which will serve the various components of the City. The provider will reflect professional attitudes that will enhance the image of the City and provide its customers consistent and predictable service. The City expects the service provider to set sale prices to cover all costs related to providing this service, including but not limited to licensing required for the performance of the contract. No costs will be borne by the City.</p><p> </p><p>The successful Vendor will furnish, install, maintain, supply and remove, as needed, various vending machines in designated locations of the City for the term of the agreement.</p> <p></p>
