City of Murrieta City Wide Street Sweeping Services

<p>The City of Murrieta desires to solicit qualif<strong>i</strong>ed proposals for Street Sweeping Services to the City of Murrieta with this Request for Proposal (RFP). Award resulting from this RFP will be a firm fixed 5 -year term contract expiring January 3, 2032, with a single additional (5) year option term. This contract will include street sweeping services for City of Murrieta streets and City-owned parking facilities, as identified in this RFP and its exhibits. This number is subject to change, and the City reserves the right to add or delete locations, square footage, and/or service frequency.</p><p>The successful contractor will be required to provide quality service with minimal service callbacks. All aspects of this RFP will be managed on the City of Murrieta PlanetBids portal. Interested proposers are required to register with the City by using the following URL/link:</p><p><a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="http://www.MurrietaCA.gov/planetbids">http://www.MurrietaCA.gov/planetbids</a></p><p>After you have registered as a vendor/bidder/proposer on the City of Murrieta PlanetBids portal (hereby referred to as “the Portal”), please search for this solicitation to register as a proposer for this project specifically. Any and all updates, addenda, questions, answers, and changes to this RFP will be distributed through the Portal. The City shall not be held responsible or liable if interested bidders or proposals do not register for this solicitation specifically and miss any information relevant to this RFP.</p><p>Proposals are due on October 23, 2026, at 2:00 PM. All times listed herein are Pacific Daylight Savings Time.&nbsp; It is the sole responsibility of the Proposer to ensure that their Proposal is submitted through the City of Murrieta PlanetBids portal before the stated deadline.</p> <p></p>
