AGENCY UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS - SSA AND IRS ARE PUBLIC FACING AGENCIES. Tenant Improvement Allowance: $48.19 per ABOA SF Building Specific Amortized Capital (BSAC): $12.00 per ABOA SF Contiguous space is desired. First floor preferred. If two (2) floors are required, a minimum of two (2) elevators, one of which can be a freight elevator.
