Description

The City of Houston seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide third-party administrator (TPA) services and chronic disease management (CDM) services to the City’s self-funded medical benefit plans. The Human Resources department seeks to achieve greater efficiency, improved member experience, and enhanced health outcomes for City employees and their dependents. The contract term will be for a five (5) year initial term with two (2) one-year options to renew annually, for a maximum seven-year (7) contract.
