This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W913E526QA011 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Applanix POSPac MMS Software Maintenance Renewal. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. This is a brand-name requirement for Applanix POSPac MMS software maintenance. The Government will not accept substitutions or �equal� products. Competition is among vendors capable of providing authorized Applanix POSPac MMS software maintenance for the Government's existing licenses. The Brand Name Justification supporting the restriction to the Applanix POSPac brand is provided with this solicitation. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The applicable solicitation provisions and contract clauses are provided in the attached RFQ W913E526QA011.
