This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the RFO, effective 17 April 2026, and the Revolutionary Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (RDFARS) as of the date of issuance. The Department of the Air Force intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for an Agilent High-Performance Liquid Chromatograph-Mass Spectrometer (HPLC-MS) in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW), dated 1 September 2026, on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis.
