Solicitation number FA860126Q0149 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for the purchase of a Hydrovac Excavator in accordance with the SOW listed in the attachments. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns under NAICS code 333120 with a small business size of 1250 employees. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The Government reserves the right to conduct interchanges with some, none, or all offerors, or make no award at all depending upon: 1) the quality of quotations received, and 2) whether proposed prices are determined to be fair and reasonable. The Government also reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. 1.
