<p>Furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work necessary and incidental to the completion of the project known as "PLAZA DEL SOL PHASE II REBID , PR-21-26" consisting of demolition, erosion control, waterproofing, grading, drainage, utilities, irrigation, electrical, lighting, misters, pavement, curbs, walls, site furnishings, soil preparation, planting, fiber optic and Wi-Fi wireless access points, minor coordination with the City’s public artist, and other miscellaneous work, complete in place and ready for its intended use, according to plans and specifications prepared by the City of Sunnyvale and according to the contract documents.
