<p>The Town of West Hartford is soliciting proposals from qualified Design-Build (D-B) teams to provide planning, design, engineering and construction services for two new storage facilities located at West Hartford Public Works Municipal Complex.</p><p>1. A vehicle storage facility for the Police Department (PD) at 12 Brixton Street. and 2. A Public Works (PW) equipment and material storage facility at 17 Brixton Street. The purpose of this project is to design and construct two storage facilities with security, durability, energy-efficiency and low maintenance as the underlining requirements to improve operational efficiencies and readiness.</p> <p></p>
