The Town of Wethersfield, Connecticut (“Town”) is seeking qualifications for an architectural and engineering consultant team to develop design development plans for the construction of a roughly 10,000 square foot addition to the William J. Pitkin Community & Senior Center with limited sitework and extended drive design. Borings, geotechnical reports and surveys, in addition to environmental consultants for the purpose of inspections, testing and specifications are to be included. A mandatory walkthrough for interested firms is scheduled for Tuesday, November 10, 2026 at 10:00am and Wednesday, November 11, 2026 at 2:00pm at the William J.
