INVITATION TO BID: New Samaritan Corp. will receive sealed bids until 2PM, November 24, 2026, at 127 Washington Avenue, Fifth Floor East, North Haven, CT 06473, for LEVEL 2 ALTERATIONS FOR THE WILLIAM H. WARNER VILLAGE, 15 Lucy Street, Woodbridge, CT. Bids shall include all labor, materials, equipment and services. Plans and specifications dated October 26, 2026, prepared by Quisenberry Arcari Malik, LLC, are available October 28, 2026, at www.advancedplanroom.com under Public Jobs. MANDATORY PRE-BID WALKTHROUGH: November 3, 2026, at 10AM at the project site. Bids must include a 5% Bid Bond or Certified Check payable to New Samaritan Corp. The successful bidder must provide 100% Performance and Payment Bonds. Sureties must be listed in IRS Circular 570. Contractors must register on the Advanced Reprographics Planholder's List to receive addenda by email. Complete requirements are in the Contract Documents.
