Borough of Naugatuck LEGAL NOTICE Waste Removal Actions – Parcel Y, 0 Elm Street NAUGATUCK, CONNECTICUT Contract No. FY27-139 Sealed bids will be received and opened at the Borough of Naugatuck, Town Hall, Purchasing Office, 229 Church Street, Naugatuck, CT 06770, on Thursday, November 19, 2026, at 11:00 A.M., at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened via ZOOM and read aloud. A mandatory pre-bid site meeting will be held on October 29, 2026 at 2:00 pm. Bids will not be accepted from firms not attending the pre-bid site meeting. Questions concerning the proposed scope of work shall be submitted by NOON November 12, 2026.
