Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - 70Z08526Q0027315 The United States Coast Guard Deputy Commandant for Systems (DCS) is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation on behalf of the Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) to award a firm-fixed-price service contract, as detailed in the attached Statement of Work. The following is a description of the Statement of Work (SOW) required for the boom lift rental in support of CALHOUN preservation and maintenance efforts in Charleston, SC. Charleston, SC 29405 This acquisition is a 100% total small business set-aside under NAICS code W039 Lease or Rental of Equipment - Materials Handling Equipment The applicable Product Service Code is 532490 Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the solicitation is most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors will be used to evaluate offers: � Technical Capability (Pass/Fail) � Past Performance (Pass/Fail) � Total Price A quotation must receive an Acceptable rating for all non-price factors to be eligible for award. Among all acceptable quotations, award will be made to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest evaluated price. To establish Technical Capability (Pass/Fail), the quotation must demonstrate a clear understanding of the work statement requirements, conform strictly to all specifications in the attached Statement of Work, and provide any adequate capability and corporate experience documentation required by the solicitation. Failure to meet these criteria will render the quotation unacceptable.
